Re: [webrtc-rtptransport] API creates per-packet temporary objects, this is not ideal for GC (#77)

Just to give a ballbark figure for the amount of packets I dug up something I grabbed from a gamestreaming service in the summer of 2020:
* 6000-8000 packets per second 
This was with a bitrate of 75mbps, 1080p@60fps

These days the high end is more likely 1440p@120fps
