It appears to slowly grow over time, but maybe one millisecond per second on average, so I might have to wait for 15 minutes in real time before the jitter buffer delay has increased by a second... I didn't test that long. If I reduce the playoutDelayHint then the jitter buffer delay quickly matches the playoutDelayHint. Agree this seems buggy, I would not expect it to affect the jitter buffer when the hint is decreasing but not when increasing.
