Just my two cents. I'm working on this project involving feeding RTCEncodedVideo/AudioFrame to MSE, and it all works nicely with Chrome's createEncodedStreams. However porting it to Safari / RTCRtpScriptTransform is not exactly trivial because I don't have access to the video element and can't create a MediaSource object from a worker.
