No, the illustration is of a new API where `mediaDevices.captureConfig.postMessage()` is broadcast (one-to-many) and cannot accept transferable objects, whereas the other direction `captureController.postMessage` can (since there is only one recipient). Self-censorhip is already possible in the current spec once the capturer establishes a "connection".
