I think doing this is a mistake - the CSRC concept as part of the RTP specs is generic, and has been used for "virtual video" apps where a "main stream" is sent with a bunch of thumbnails - the CSRC field was used to indicate which stream was being shown on the "main feed". (I'm not sure that has reached production in Chrome, though.
