The **status quo** of the document is to only expose token-minting in secure contexts. This follows directly from the minting-API being exposed on `navigator.mediaDevices`. I therefore propose that we should concentrate on transitioning to CropTarget.fromElement from now, which would **keep** SecureContext. We can file a separate issue to debate that issue.
