Thanks. I'll watch this then to track the property moving across specs.

FYI only. Apparently passing a 0 value for framerate crashes libwebrtc. The assignee of that bug says the intent is to get that fixed upstream and then modify Firefox  to match the spec. In the meantime FF just treats zero value as unconstrained.
