Not splitting by media type is consistent with inbound-rtp/outbound-rtp (either rtp object could represent either audio or video). In the rtp case we do split by direction but we also have different RTCStatsTypes. In the "track" case, there's only a single type so we should NOT split the dictionary by direction either.
