Adding my support for this addition to the spec. At tella.tv we have a web recorder, and we'd never want to let the user record the current tab (current recording session). This will result in the hall of mirrors effect and won't ever result in a good recording: <img width="2168" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/184774/171425882-ffb1d86a-d2e2-44e0-b8e7-60c3ef88dc97.png"> So if this is added, we would always turn it on to exclude the current tab from the options to choose.
