I note that this only solves duplication at the root level. `{{RTCStats/timestamp}}` and other members defined in the IDL block will still be exported, meaning that definitions will continue to exist in webrtc and webrtc-stats. Still an improvement. From a conceptual level, best would be not to reproduce the IDL block at all. Or perhaps authoring tools should not export informative definitions by default.
