Can you help us understand what is going on? having looked at the renegerated document, it looks like most (if not all) of these errors still exist there, but I now understand your comment as saying that bikeshed is not raising these as link errors. The reason for that is that at some of these come from the `<pre class="anchors">` links defined in the source. They should be updated or probably better yet, replaced by entries in `< class="link-defaults">`.
