This one is implemented by RTCInboundRtpStreamStats but not by RTCRemoteInboundRtpStreamStats. In order to remove it from remote-inbound-rtp without removing it from inbound-rtp, the definition is moved from RTCReceivedRtpStreamStats to RTCInboundRtpStreamStats.
