[mediacapture-screen-share] Need test for {video: false}, {video: true} and {video: {}} (#171)

alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-screen-share:

Some uncertainty in evaluating #125 exposed that we do not have WPT tests that test all combinations here (on a quick search).

Those tests should exist.
