(My latest proposal is outlined in [this explainer](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oSDmBPYVlxFJxb7ZB_rV6yaAaYIBFDphbkx5bXLnzFg).) Following the [WebRTC WG meeting](https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/wiki/May_25_2021) we've just had, I'd like to gauge where we currently stand, and what the path forward is: * @jan-ivar and @youennf wanted to remove `exposeOrigin` from the `CaptureHandleConfig` and always expose the origin (assuming the captured-app opts into exposing anything). * @jan-ivar wanted a browser-assigned ID rather than an app-assigned handle. Where do we stand, then? If these two changes were made to my [latest suggestion](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oSDmBPYVlxFJxb7ZB_rV6yaAaYIBFDphbkx5bXLnzFg), would we have consensus?
