alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-extensions:

Chrome, probably working from some ancient draft, has a parameter "voiceActivityDetection" as part of RTCConfiguration.

1) Is it needed?
2) Should it be resurrected as part of "extensions"?
