[webrtc-identity] ReSpec error due to {} default value (#34)

The problem seems to be the "{}" in the Web IDL. This is totally valid, but an old version of ReSpec is used.

The effect of this, I think, is that no IDs are generated, making it impossible to link to for example to the definition of `idpLoginUrl` from https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data.
