I don't think we have currentPlayoutTimestamp noawadays? There's [estimatedPlayoutTimestamp](https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#dom-rtcinboundrtpstreamstats-estimatedplayouttimestamp) in chromium. And [captureTimestamp and senderCaptureTimeOffset](https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-extensions/#rtcrtpcontributingsource-dictionary) where I think captureTimestamp is implemented? Not sure of the status.
