Forever banning tainted MediaStreamTracks seems harsh.

How about something like: _"If the User Agent supports tainted `MediaStreamTrack`s, then all sinks of `MediaStreamTrack` MUST protect the data of cross-origin media in said tracks from being exposed to JS."_ ?
