Re: [mediacapture-screen-share] capture screenshot of DOM (#145)

Have to scurry off to a gig right now. Will need to go through answers on SO and logs of previous experiments. Would just use `getDisplayMedia()`, or, as suggested, use Native Messaging to launch the preferred browser in headless mode and take the screenshot. Native Messaging does have a curve to get used to, though once you get the patterns required you can essentially do whatever you want that is supported by the OS. Have several Native Messaging applications at own repositories to demonstrate.
