Re: [mediacapture-main] Only reveal labels of devices user has given permission to (#640)

Apologies for possible redundancy, but given that there are several similar issues going around, I wanted to clarify before further comment:

Is this issue now being used to track what labels are available:
1. before the user has given the site access to any devices
2. after the user has given the site access to some, but not all devices, or
3. what labels are available for devices the user has given permission to?
