[webrtc-pc] RTCAudioReceiverStats and RTCAudioSenderStats aren't MTI (#2458)

dontcallmedom has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

== RTCAudioReceiverStats and RTCAudioSenderStats aren't MTI ==
`RTCVideoReceiverStats` and `RTCVideoSenderStats` are listed as mandatory to implement but their audio equivalent `RTCAudioReceiverStats`  and `RTCAudioSenderStats` aren't - I assume this isn't intended.
