@kenchris The explainer doesn't say that the user will be prompted again. In the example interface there is no checkbox to deny PTZ permission but if a UA implemented this then the site would observe this as identical to gaining access to a camera that does not support PTZ. No re-prompting necessary. This should be added as a note.
