Firefox requires executing `navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia()` before `navigator.mediaDevices.enumerateDevices()` to avoid an exception being thrown. 

Firefox throws an `OverConstrained` error when `exact` is used to set `deviceId` constraint.
