Takeaway from the meeting:
- Nobody is objecting to this feature. Not sure whether or not there is interest in it; there seem to be little opinion about it. Firefox/Safari would need to check internally.
- Agreement that setParameters() is the right place for it if we add it.
- The PR: Minor nit-pick editorial issues like it should be marked as a read-only attribute (see other parameters) which implies that it throws InvalidModificationError so we don't need to say that again.
- It seems to make sense to merge this (after fixing the nit) to the extension spec. I can do that.
