I think with regards to adding a recommendation, we already have a [note](https://github.com/taylor-b/webrtc-pc/commit/6ae910eafcbf3df624703c2a8104a0b39d6e029f) and with #2050 we also perform the steps of stopping the bundled transceivers, so this should cover what we talked about earlier.
