@amithilbuch The original resolution of this issue was proposed by Taylor Brandstetter: "I recall deciding that it would be simpler for browsers to just continue putting SSRCs in SDP while the ecosystem transitions to MID/RID-based demuxing." Based on acceptance of Taylor's proposal, the WEBRTC WG removed SSRCs from RTCRtpEncodingParameters. If there is no longer consensus on this, then we will need to revert the SSRC removal PR.
