I was really quite relieved when we discussed this with Taylor and Bernard and agreed that SSRCs will be in the SDP. Looking at the recent Chrome 74 implementation is making me rather nervous though as there are no SSRCs in sight and this effectively prevents us from upgrading the Jitsi ecosystem to use the new standard simulcast support.
