@jan-ivar Since a Chrome "Intent to Implement" statement has been [posted for `maxFramerate`](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/blink-dev/SV8evGSU_dw), it is not accurate to say "there is no clear commitment from implementers."
