[webrtc-stats] csrc can be removed and RTCRtpContributingSourceStats can be moved to receiver stats.

webrtc-pc defines RTCRtpContributingSource as part of RTCRtpReceiver.
In order to maintain consistency, we can move the RTCRtpContributingSourceStats to be part of RTCAudioReceiverStats and RTCVideoReceiverStats.
