I think we can scope the PR to just the warning. As is defined webrtc-stats, there is no requirement to implement any such stat. If we were to mandate a SHOULD requirement on this value, I guess it would be in webrtc-pc. webrtc-pc currently makes networkType and implementation (the two stats that have fingerprinting issues) as optional. It is strange that the address field is not marked as a fingerprint risk.
