and values reported in the RR are timestamped with the arrival time of the RR.
That was my expectation.
This does create a problem for "fractionLost", which is computed from the previous SR/RR - and we haven't defined anything that allows the user to figure out when that was.
(Solved by dropping fractionLost? It seems useless once we have packetsLost and packetsReceived).
