In response to https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc/issues/1283#issuecomment-337280201: that is sort of what I expected, but that, to me, also indicates that this issue requires more implementation and use experience before resolving. As an example, say dimensions up to X by Y can be transmitted, and webrtc-pc forbids cropping to match imageattr.
