An RTP-level timeout could definitely occur *due to* ICE connectivity loss, but should ICE connectivity loss in itself trigger the "mute" event? That's what I'm getting at. It wasn't clear to me if this was the intention of the old text in Section 10.3. I'm good with the answer being "no".
