- The current definition for `RTCError` seems to be copied and modified from the ecma-262 spec. 
- The description look out of place as compared to the other sections. 
- There is no WebIDL definition for the `RTCError` interface.
- The enum `RTCErrorDetailType` is defined but not referenced in the `RTCError` constructor.
