@foolip the interactions between the legacy streams API and the track-based (not to mention transceivers) result in a lot of weird behaviour where we don't even agree what the right thing is. I have to spend a lot of time discussing with @henbos + @jan-ivar [here](https://github.com/webrtc/adapter/pull/559) and [here](https://github.com/webrtc/adapter/pull/610)
