Sorry, I didn't look carefully enough, @jan-ivar already found the 
right use counter for the callback-based variant:

although oddly named because of its initial purpose, counts all calls 
to the callback-based variant.

So usage is ~0.004%, which is ~1% of calls to the callback-based 
`createOffer`.

@ShijunS, does Edge implement `offerToReceiveAudio` and 
`offerToReceiveVideo`?
