@stefhak I understand your concern about the timeout, but then we need
 to answer two questions:
1. What happens if answer arrives after 5 sec and it matches the 
certificate?
2. Why 5 seconds? Why not 32 seconds or some other number? I can 
certainly see how answer can be delayed for more then 5 seconds, 
especially in situations of signaling servers recovering after 
fail-over.
