I would expect `video.currentEstimatedCaptureTime - audio.currentEstimatedCaptureTime = 0` in order for `AVSync` calculation to work. I would not expect it to work between different remote endpoints. Leaving these stats undefined is an option for muted streams, of course that requires us to have been signaled that it's muted.
