If you are available to put out a new Editor's draft, that would be great.  Otherwise, we can wait until you get back from vacation.

I never got around to make the last release before the last editor's meeting (partly due to some review discussions). The change log is almost up to date. Last meeting's merges are missing. Can someone take over from here? If you guys are busy I can make one more.
