Let's talk to Dom about it. If this is an one-off error, we can live; if
they will continue to break us, that's a problem.

We do have the "dated version" issue.
We could publish the rawgit link more widely. At least put it in the
README; we'll have to have another discussion on what to put in the doc
headers.

AI HTA: Update the README.

We also have to deal with the changelog somehow. Changing to "Changes up
to #date" is more truthful than "Changes since" when we have rawgit
changes after changelog update. Todo at next update.
