Re: briefest of notes from today's editors' call

Excellent!  Our suggestion for focus would be on discussing the PRs
mentioned with a main goal of raising all the relevant issues.  We think it
unlikely that the issues will be resolved at that time, but if we at least
get all the relevant questions out then folks can go back and discuss with
their implementers before Lisbon so we can hopefully resolve them there.
