converting tables into lists

As I clean up issues, I'm running into several that I think are related
technologically to the awesome-Amelia fix done to the CSS landing page,
where we switched the templates so that the properties are a list, not a
table.

Amelia, will you look at these tickets? Can we easily apply the same fix?
