inconsistent directions about where to file bugs

I'm going through the site, reading all the information for how to
participate, and I found two different directions of where to file bugs.

On the FAQ (http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:FAQ) it links to a bug
tracker at
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/buglist.cgi?product=webplatform.org

Elsewhere, like here:

I'm assuming the FAQ is out of date. And needs to be updated.... anyone?
