Re: Site is in read-only mode

Here we are.

Both the test and production wiki are now unlocked, and running on the
most recent version of MediaWiki.

The setup is not finished completely, a few things are still to be done
but the priority has been met: We can now write again in the wiki.

Next steps:

* Recreate database cluster (its only ONE VM ATM)
* Migrate all databases into new cluster
* Migrate other services to new app servers
