Objective: Describe the current state of the project.

Note, the objective does not include making any decisions or otherwise
taking any actions other than those required to understand the state of the
project. This should be a very short, concise meeting.

      - Have coordinators verified the status of each page in their purview?
      - We need to consolidate the tables into a final master list of
      properties to be worked on, and we want to include only those properties
      still being worked.
