Re: Ranking CSS properties

I don't know, but I don't think we can rely on the site right now for a
master list. (I was trying to preview some changes today and it just hung.)

Better if we put it back in a spreadsheet in Excel or google drive or
something.

Since it's only coordinators who are editing the information, we should be
able to handle that.
