Need chair for Friday's general meeting

Hi, Folks:

I won't be able to attend Friday's meeting. So we need someone to:
* Update the agenda with any hot topics[1]
* Send out a reminder email with the agenda[2]
* Chair the meeting on the phone and on @webplatform-site
* Get a scribe during the meeting (don't try and do it yourself, trust me
;-) )
* Pull the notes from the IRC meeting & summarize them on the meeting
