That should probably reside under concepts/internet_and_web. Someone with
the user name, "Blobaugh" (no user page on WPD - tch tch) has been building
this for quite a while now.

Would the real Blobaugh please stand up?

This is a nice effort all around. We should reorganize it out of the top
level, as PhistucK, er, *pointed* out.
