The problem is that these lists are sorted by the *complete* page title (all
slashes etc.) and the lineCap page was (at first) filed under /api/ and not
/apis/. Seems to be fixed now.
It's a general problem, though. If a page's API_Name property doesn't
correspond to the page's full path, it will be in an odd position in the
listing.
Will take a look at the semantic query behind the listing and see if we can
sort by what's actually displayed (the API_Name) and not the full path.
