The new beginners topic page has been installed at 

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/beginners

The sub pages here need creating, and the existing beginners articles need to
be organized in appropriate places on those pages. The old beginners page has
been put at 

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/OLD:beginners

So you can get the URLs from there.

Eventually we will create a completely new beginners course that is more
suitable, but it is better to have something at those pages for now.
